Email Via SMS

Question: what if you’re miles from the nearest computer with Internet access,

and you need to send an Email DESPERATELY?

Answer: you send and check your Emails with your mobile phone, through

CELCOM SMS, of course! 013 and 019

How to use

To send SMS message to an Email address

         a.             Go to WRITE MESSAGE.

         b.            Key in EMAIL < email address><text message>

                 (EXAMPLE EMAIL: joe@abc.com.my please call me at 019 3000909

         c.             Send to 22200

To receive Emails via SMS

When an Email user form anywhere in the world sends a short message to your

Celcom GSM mobile phone via Internet Email, your mobile phone will alert you

that you have a message.

You then read the Email message as you would a normal SMS message.

To SMS message to a mobile phone through Email

     a.             In the To: field of your email program, type

             < phone number>@sms.celcom.com.my

             EXAMPLE: 01983026900@sms.celcom.com.my

     b.            Type your message in the message field.

     c.             Click “send”
